What is Workmate?
Workmate is RTV's AI-powered knowledge assistant designed to help staff quickly access information about organizational processes, policies, programs, and data.
Who can use Workmate?
Workmate is available to all Raising the Village staff members with a company email address.
Is my conversation with Workmate private?
Yes. Your conversations are stored locally on your device and are not shared with other users. The system administrators may have access to anonymized query data for improving the system.
Technical Questions
My chat history disappeared. What happened?
If you recently cleared your browser cache or used a different device, your chat history might not be available. Workmate stores chat history in your browser's local storage, which is specific to each device.
Can I export my chat history?
Currently, there is no built-in export feature. If you need to save important information from your conversations, we recommend copying and pasting the text into a document.
What browsers are supported?
Workmate works best with modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Please ensure your browser is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Is Workmate available on mobile devices?
Yes, Workmate is optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. You can access it through your mobile browser.
